Hola!. recién hace un par de seamanas instalé illustrator y todo bien, pero ahora dejó de funcionar.

Hola!. recién hace un par de seamanas instalé illustrator y todo bien, pero ahora dejó de funcionar. Me aparece haciendo un ·diagnóstico· que se queda colgado cuando revisa las fuentes. He hecho absolutamente todo lo que dice la página de adobe (desde actualizar, cleaner, borrar fuentes con posible error, revisar los compoenetes de mi pc, actualizar drivers, todo) incluso he hablado con 3 personas de asistencia y nadie logra dar con el problema. Por favor ayuda!

Sounds like it's time to uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool and reinstall.

Hola. Tengo el plan de ADOBE CLOUD con FOTOS y me sale el Ilustrador con Candado. Acabo de borrar los BETA, pero en la plataforma siguen saliendo y ahora el AI con menciono. Sabrán al respecto. Gracias.
