How can I change my default export filetype from png to jpg?

I only ever need to export as jpg, is there a way to switch it from png to jpg, so I dont need to change it each time?

It just shows what's at the top of the list.

You could try and record an action. Then assign a shortcut to it.

An action seems a bit extra. Defininitely faster to just click jpg. Hoping to find a way to change this setting permenantly.
