You could try if you can still find the download links for that version on prodesigntools.com
Make sure your system is compatible to install and run it.
Pro Design Tools does, indeed, have the 2018 versions.

Keep in mind that the older versions will not update any incremental bug fixes--just the "dot-ohh" version.
I would suggest the 64-bit version for either platform.
