How to eliminate the transparent space of logo to create a safety margin in illlustrator!

Hello everyone, good afternoon.

I have a  small doubt that I would like to remove.

- How do I remove the transparent part around the logo in order to place the red rectangle around the limits of the logo? (see images)
I really appreciate your help, please.

Use crop image, should be in your control bar (or Object menu -> Crop Image) or if it's vector edit the original file (assuming you have it).
