how to increase the font and icons?

currently I am working in the conditions when the monitor is far from the eyes

I see bad values

I can not find in the options how to increase them?

and can I increase all the icons?

You can check the User Interface in the preferences for High PPI Displays. Please see the screenshot below :

If you still want bigger type change the resolution of your display using

Mac > preferences >> displays

Win > Control panels > monitors
