How to make a EPS 10 illustrator

I have problem when i save eps 10 file from 2023 adobe illustrator, i was ask to contact customer and they say that i must have a old version adobe illustrator (under 2020) and adobe dont have that. Can you guys have a solution?cause i need to make eps 10 format for several sites i sell

When you save to a back version, like EPS 10, Illustrator will issue a warning. However, that shouldn't stop you from saving. Simply ignore the warning and click OK in the warning dialog box.

But, the result file have eror issue like this picture (my items be tiny in top corner)
