Hi

I'm working on some line art someone made for me (top of picture).

Comparing it to some other line art (bottom) the top one looks jaggy. How do I get it smooth  like the bottom one please?

Thank you

And both are  at the same zoom level? No Pixel Preview? Not one GPU and the other CPU preview?

What happens if you put both  of them in the same file and view at 100%?

It's a small doc (2.5mb) so here's a link to it on my band website: https://hooklust.com/Adobe-share.ai

I copy/pasted the raggedy vector art dove from my main dove file into this one, and scaled the dove down to match the size of the smooth doves in a ring (I plan to replace the other doves with my one).

I had played around with the dove for a while, so, in thinking I may have altered the line art somehow, re-copy/pasted it in, and (right hand one) and it look better, but still raggedy compared to the dove in a ring.

Thank you for taking a look.

ps I need to keep at the paths and fills separate, hence the sublayers

On my screen I cannot see the ragged edges, so it is probably a preview issue.

Does switching between GPU and CPU (Cmd or Ctrl E) make a difference?

What is the resolution of your monitor?

If you select the bumpy curve, what does it say in the appearance palette is your selection? Twirl down teh traingles and make sure  no art brush or other effect assigned.
