Which version of Illustrator are you using?
Also, how skilled are you when it comes to using Illustrator?
Both examples can be done in Illustrator, but at least for newcomers it would be a pretty demanding task.

I'm using the 2020 version.
I 'm not a total newbie, but you're right, It's quite a difficult task, I tried using blend tool, but It's not as similar as I want, I think Photoshop is more suitable for a task like this, but the reason that I have to make it in Illustartor

Yes, of course you can do it in Photoshop as well. But probably it will not be easier than creating it in Illustrator.
In addition to Arias' suggestions there are also the so-called freeform gradients in Illustrator. You can try them as well, but frankly I still recommend to not use them in any serious productions because they are not really reliable and stable. They often tend to implode and vanish while doing harmless transformations.

Here is screen shot from brush that I have created from your image. Before importing into Ai make background transparent in PS and delete the CURVED parts of image. Export as jpg and import into Ai. Drop it into brush panel and select art brush. Now you can use it as brush. It not a vector. IF you need vector you need to trace image and then create brush. Or trace your bitmap brush after drawing.
