How to make this design

How can I make a design like this with Illustrator with the percentage bar with the color ?

Do you want to do this based on data? Using graphs?

So, yes. Let's say I have numbers as inputs and want to graphs similar to the one on the photo.

SO these are sports results. I assume that you have a couple of these to generate regularly. I would look for a script.

If you can live with a humble and very simple drawing way, you can:

1) Ffor the first percentage bar, create a grey stroked line with a length of 100 mm, or 1000pt or similar and a Stroke Weight to match it (everything can be scaled at the end);

2) In the Appearance panel, Add New Stroke, then give it the desired colour (green, red, yellow, whatever);

3) Move a copy down for each of the following percentage bars by a distance fitting the current length;

4) Return to the first bar from 2), then with the new stroke selected in the Appearance panel Click Dashed Line and insert the percentage as the first Dash, such as 79.67 mm or 796.7 pt; if the actual percentage is less than 50%, also insert a Gap of at least a wee bit more than the remaining length up to 100 mm or 1000 pt;

5) Return to each of the following percentage bars, then change the colour if needed, then repeat 3) and 4);

6) Scale the whole set of percentage bars to the desired length.
