I've spent hours on work and i've lost it all. I don't think i saved it which was really stupid of me!! is there anyone that could possibly help me!

It is advisable to save regularly, not only with the same filename, but also with different names, and in different places, to rescue things that may otherwise be lost in file corruption.

And you may also consider autosaving.

Thank you for all our help!! I will certainly look into autosaving methods! I've learnt my lesson now and have managed to redo all the work for my deadline next week!
