how to retrieve CMYK details from color settings panel adobe sdk

hi all ,

 

i want to retrieve the "CMYK" color  details under "working spaces"  from the color settings option in the "Edit panel"  . which is shown in the above figure.

please anyone help me to get this details..
if possible give sample c++ code to deal this...
