I only can selected text at its edge, WHY?

I cannot select text on any area of it link I ever did it before >>> I just have to click on its edge for editing and moving. WHY? I can't figure out this issue, WHY?

In Preferences > Type is the option "Select text by type path" turned on? If so, turn it off.

SO, I solved this issue after i delete and reinstall it again
