i used a laptop my OS is windows 7,somebody help me !!

Did it ever work?
Which file format are you trying to save?
Have you tried the Save As shortcut by pressing Shift+Ctrl+S?

Maybe relevant, depending on the answers to the questions above, can you copy (at least some of) the artwork to (an)other document(s) and then save successfully?
