Illustrator 2023 does not start.

New Here ,
Feb 27, 2023 Feb 27, 2023

Despite uninstalling and reinstalling it does not start. System Windows 10 pro. I have had this problem several times in the past few weeks. Sometimes a reinstallation has helped, sometimes not. What could be the reason?

There are some issues with that upgrade, that people have reported. You might want to rollback to the previous version.

Hello @Hubert28513403yfp6,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. I hope the suggestions shared by Monika helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows) and check if it helps.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Have you tried a prefs reset or delete?

Have you tried uninstalling with the cleaner tool, then reinstalling?

Do you notice it happens after you have done a certain procedure - Image Trace? 3D rendering?
