Hello,
I'm using 2k monitor and my illustrator not giving good performance on this. For example when I using zoom in or out (pressing Z then mouse left click) it's looks like slow and glitchy. Not smooth.
I checked form but I did'nt find solutions.
Can anybody help me?

Hello @bedizci,
We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying the suggestions shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/3VnXmHN) to check if they help? If the problem persists, kindly share more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, system config (CPU/GPU/Memory), and a screen recording of the problem (https://adobe.ly/4ck2NO1), so we can investigate this further.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav

Hello My PC specs is :
- Gigabyte RTX 3060 AORUS ELITE 12 gb
- Amd Ryzen 5 5600x
- Asus Rog Strix B550-F Gaming
- Kingston 8 GB Fury Beast Rgb Ddr4 3600MHZ (total is 32)
My Graphic Card driver is 551.86
My Bios ver. 3205
Illustrator ver. 28.3
My spesific issue is When I use zoom in Illustrator it was not smooth. I already using GPU View and Animated Zoom.
But it's looks like glitchy and I did'nt noticed when I was using 1920x1080 Monitor.
I took video record but in the video I can't see any issue 😄 it's smooth but actually it's not smooth. Now I'm not sure I have a problem or not sorry.

What kind of graphics acceleration card is installed in your computer? Does Adobe Illustrator recogize it and allow GPU accelerated features to be turned on? Also, how much RAM does your computer have?
It might be a good idea to check if your graphics card has any driver updates available. NVidia pushed out a new Studio Driver for its RTX cards yesterday.

It looks like your graphics card is using the latest NVidia driver. Are you using the Studio driver or Game Ready driver? Earlier you said you use the "Z" key as a shortcut for zoom. Have you tried using the Ctrl+Spacebar shortcut for animated zoom? It toggles the zoom tool on/off, which allows fast switching with other tools, such as the Pen tool. If I click the Z key for zoom I have to click another key, such as A, to get rid of the zoom tool.
When I'm hand drawing paths with the Pen tool my left hand is over the Ctrl, Alt, Shift and Spacebar keys. The shortcut combos in those keys allow me to adjust anchor points on paths while I'm drawing them with the Pen tool. I can toggle zoom and hand-panning functions at the same time. This setup is so much more convenient and fast than the approaches used in rival vector drawing programs. Macromedia Freehand was the only drawing app that had similar pen tool and zoom shortcuts as Illustrator (it didn't have animated zoom though).
Also, getting back to the glitchy zoom, I noticed on my computer system if I use the "Z" key zoom it's not quite as smooth as animated zoom using the Ctrl+Spacebar keys. I don't understand why that would make any difference, but it does look noticeable on my computer setup.
