Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me as I am at my wits end trying to do what I think should be a simple task. I am using the new illustrator 24, and I am trying to export into any format that can be read by photoshop correctly. I am making a vector to be exported as a rasterized image to use on the web. I have all fonts converted to outlines, there are only two layers(background, vector fonts & placed artwork(logos)) I have tried the release to layers option for exporting, and also have flattened the placed artwork of the logos. No matter what format I try to use to export(png, jpg, pdf, psd, eps), when I open in photoshop, the lettering layer does not show up, it shows as black(the background layer).
Help!!!

After trashing all my pref files, and making "adobe old" folders in the library. I thought I would try to import as RGB instead of CMYK, I found I could see the file after opening the "myfile.ai" version. I am looking through preferences, and don't see a place to change export to RGB, from CMYK. I thought I would add that, as something curious.

Please show screenshots of the file, the lyers panel and the settings you use when exporting. And then what happens in Photoshop

Screen shots as requested, at least some of the lettering is now visible, but the color is way off. Shown is exporting as a jpg file.
