illustrator cc 2019 packaging font issue

i am having adobe cc 2019 ...we are facing issue while packaging in  illustrator cc 2019 in  three windows 10 pro system...after packaging font folder showing empty

earlier it was working fine in windows 7 Pro ( recently we upgraded from windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro - dell AIO )

need urgent help/solution from adobe.

Can you please at least try? In order to check out whether or not the font manager is causing this. Illustrator has known issues with font managers.

When I install font on PC System I don't have the same issue

But I can't do that cause I work with approximatly 3500 differents fonts by week and the system doesn't accept to have to many font installed

I have to use a Font Manager
