Illustrator CS6 vectors screwed up when moving and loss of control and alignment

In my Illustrator cs6 I started experiencing difficulties alligning  points and then my vectors started being screwed up whan I moved objects. I copy and paste the caractere on the left to the right then I move it around and it gets all funky....

Note: This started just after I installed Photoshop CC... I already unsinstalled and reinstalled everything... please help.
