illustrator double layer colour when printing even the object colour is set to none

Question

Does anyone know why i have this another layer of green when i print, but when i set background colour to yellow, there is no issue. I am using illustrator

it looks fine in illustrator but not when printed.

object colour keeps follow the colour at the back even when i change to other colour

First BIG question I have is why are you using a .png for the thumbs up icon..? If you created this as a vector you wouldn't have this issues at all!

For the colour print issue I am unsure why you are getting this overlay on the green version..? It will be something to do witht he printer/colour setup you have.
