illustrator not working and keeps crashing after moving one thing.

Please try the steps suggested in this helpx article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/fix-crash-on-launch-issues.html) to fix the crashing. If it doesn't help, would you mind sharing a few details like along with the ones asked above:

• The exact version of OS & Illustrator
• Does the crash happen while working on a specific file?
• Where are you saving the files (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System/ External HDD)?
  Does saving them on your desktop stop the crashing?
• Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, plugins, or web extensions installed recently.

Also, please submit the crash report by following the steps suggested here (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/indesign/kb/submit-crash-reports.html).
While submitting the crash report, please use the same email address with which you are signed in on this community. This will help us find the crash report, and we can assist you accordingly.

Like Mohammad.Harb said we need to know your system details and Illustrator version before we can offer up any help as it may be a simple fix or something more complex. 

Have you checked to see if the operating system on your computer is fully updated?  Sometimes strange things happen when there are new updates for the computer itself.

Which System are you using ? Mac or PC ? which illustrator Version ?
