Illustrator Panels Collapse When Using Dual Monitors

When using dual monitors (which is all of the time for me), every time I open Illustrator all of my panels are collapsed and tool bar (on the left side) has reset to being in two columns instead of just one. I've heard that it's an issue with dual monitors. I was wondering if there was ever a fix for this issue? I attached a screenshot below to illustrate (no pun intended ) my problem. I am using Adobe Illustrator CC 2017, but I have been having this issue since early on in the 2015 release I believe.

Thanks in advance for any help you are able to provide!

Have been issues with dual monitors with each release.

Get your windows arranged as you like them

Windows >> workspace >> save workspace

window >> workspace >>reset (the name of your workspace).

Try toggling window >> application frame

Mike,

I'm on Windows 10, so I don't have an option for Application Frame

I also tried your other suggestion and it did not work either 😕

It's super frustrating to have to expand the panels every time I open Illustrator.
