Illustrator "Save As dialogue box" does not disappear when switching apps

So as the title says, since the latest OS Catalina 10.15.1  and 2020 Ai ( latest update applied )  I've been having annoying issues with the save as box, 

I often swtich between chrome and Ai when saving work files as we have long file names, When switching using Cmd+ tab it will switch programs but the "save as" window will stay open above the program I switched too, in this case chrome. when this happens I have to go back to illy, close the save as box and try again, this will often happen 2-3 times before it doesnt stick to the top of the window. 

Anyone know how I can fix this without having to roll back OS  ?

I tried the same thing but could not reproduce it. Try to reproduce on other Mac.

I tried it on other Macs. Again, the save dialog box is hidden behind.
