Do you have a Studio driver for that graphic card installed?

Does it get better when you disable the "Realtime Preview" in Preferences > Performance?

What is slow, is the preview and things such as panning/zooming? or launching and saving and operations as well?

Out of memory? What else are you running besides Illustrator and how large are your files?

Do you reboot the system regularly?

The file is 600mb, it's not that heavy. Yes, I turn off my computer every day.

What are the contents of that 600 mb file?

Autotraced objects, transparent brushes, repeating symbols...?

If multiple artboards, can you export them as single artboard files?
