Illustrator suspend when zooming or in random moments

Hello,

I'm using the newest version of the Adobe Illustrator. Sometimes the application suspend when I zoom in project to 4800%. I've tested on different projects. Only this size is a problem to work. After this I'm opening Tools and I'm seeing white or black positions in menu. I can't do nothing besides to wait for program to respond. After time everything work. I've checked Procesor, RAM Memory and GPU Memory usage. Everything is fine. Always bellow 40% when I'm working. In crucial moments RAM Memory is 63%.

System: Windows 10 Pro 64- bit

Processor: i5-4460

Graphics: Intel HD 4600

RAM: 12 GB

Is there any solution for this?

Hi, I suggest you go in Preference -> Performance -> GPU Performance, you have to uncheck "Enable Animated Zoom"

Thank you for advice. W'll be testing, it takes some time, because white/black texts in menu appears rarely.

We've unchecked the option "Enable Animated Zoom" and unfortunatelly it didn't helped.
