Illustrator trial ends instantly

Hello! When i activated my trial for Illustrator it said that the trial had expired and i could only start the software once. when i tried the same thing with Photoshop i got 7 days trial. 

How do i fix this issue and get my trial?

This issue also applies to some other programs like InCopy and InDesign!
