Yes with Win 10 or newer,  but would recommend upgrading to 16Gb Ram, especially if you want to run other apps simultaneously. Check your graphics card with the link Laura provided.

Thanks for reaching out. As suggested by Mike, upgrading the memory would help if you want to run more programs along with Illustrator.

Your computer should be able to run Illustrator, but you might run into issues when using certain features such as 3D or complex projects as the integrated GPU on your laptop might not be up to the task.
