Inflating images from google

im able to copy and paste images from google to add to a background, when i group and inflate them all to make it look 3D the image is dissapearing? any help on how to inflate the image from google? thank you

Is it different if you open the image in Photoshop and resave it in a different format?

The 3D effects don't work on images directly.

Can you show what you want to do? You can indirectly inflate images by making them into symbols and adding them as graphics to 3D objects:
