I have a problem in my Adobe Illustrator. It opens all files as white blank canvas.

Please help me to solve this issue. I need the Illustrator for work as soon as possible.

Which version and system is this?  Did you just update anything?

Where are the files located?

Can you still see something in the files when you open them in Acrobat?

What's the filesize? Reasonable or 0 KB?

Adobe illustrator 2022, Mac os system, No , i didn’t update anything.

 The files located in desktop.

Yes i see the design when i open them in Acrobat.

There is different sizes, all files have content KB. for Example some files 280.

First I would try and reboot the computer.

If you have saved them into a cloud folder (Google Drive or whatever), move them out of there.

If someone sent them to you, have them send the files again. This time first zipping them.

I restarted the program and the device, in addition, I downloaded the files sent or saved to me in Google Drive, but I face the same problem when I open it, there is no content.

Ask the sender to first zip them and then upload to Google Drive

The files are saved directly to the desktop, I did not save them to the cloud.
