Library asset not showing effects properly (outer glow) after exporting it in Illustrator

• OS and version of Illustrator
• Is this happening with a specific asset? If yes, could you please share this asset with us? You can share the download link. Steps are shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/share.html).
• Share a small clip of your workflow.
• When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, or web extensions installed recently.

Also, I would suggest you to turn off GPU performance from preferences (cmd+k/ ctrl+k > GPU Performace > Uncheck GPU Performance. And see how it goes.
