lock specific layer in illustrator so when file (pdf) the layer is locked and other layers editable

hello , I am wondring how can I lock specific layer in illustrator so when file saved as  (pdf) the layer is locked and other layers editable 

you can see the attachment for a sample of work layout

Illustrator currently does not have this functionality. Would you mind upvoting this UserVoice (https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657-illustrator-desktop-feature-requests/suggestions/40673788-lock-layer-object-that-stays-locked-as-a-pdf) and adding your comments there? Doing this will help us prioritize this feature request, and you will keep getting all the related updates.

 

As a workaround, you may try locking the layer in Acrobat Pro a

You want the PDF to be ineditable?

That's not possible. The parts of the PDF that can be imported into whatever vector software are also editable within the possibilities of the software.

I want the lock layer to not show with the layers in pdf file , so whatever in that layer show through all layers

Thanks for reaching out. You may try rasterizing the particular layer to make it uneditable before saving it as a PDF and checking if it helps.

thank you for your reponse , but that just make the layer as pic , but the main point that i want the layer to show through all layers in saved ( pdf )file  but not listed with them
