Material filter issue

Does anyone know what the issue is with this file? I have deleted and remade the shape from scratch and this keeps happening.

I believe I added the filter and then resized it. This may have been what caused it to bug out but I can't seem to fix it.

There is an extant bug that causes this 4-up effect when 3D effects are used above a certain size:
