Missing Color Themes panel

Just updated to Illustrator CC 2017. One of the new features is supposed to be a Color Themes Panel accessed under Window > Extensions.

The only things that show under extensions are Introduction to Shaper and Libraries.

What do I need to do to get the Color Themes panel to be listed under Window > Extensions?

It is not an extension, but a panel.

You can find it under Window > Color Themes

Check if your Illustrator version is 2017.1.0
