Are you both in the same version of software, operating system? How do you have the type selected. It could be a difference between selecting with Text tool or Selection tool before Creating Outlines. Are both using Create Outlines or is one of the examples using expand appearance?

same version of AI -- 2023

It could be a difference between selecting with Text tool or Selection tool before:

we both use selection tool and select the text

Are both using Create Outlines or is one of the examples using expand appearance?

No, create outline definitely, we tried to do everything in the same way, including using short key to create outline, from the menu button, but the outcome are the same, her stroke are all separate, mine is combine together.

Both Mac, the same operating system, the font we just activated from Adobe Font,

But we tried several times before with different fonts, and it's the same result, so I would tend to think it's a setting issue,

or maybe twist the question a bit: how to create outline with separate individual strokes, cause I saw some other people online can do the same, with every stroke separate
