my illustrator pen is crashing, and it doesn't obey my movements and makes the stroke " wherever" I'm not able to use my AI because of this. What can it be? memory or something?

ilustrador em laptop, 2022. realmente caneta, ferramenta caneta, que está perto da ferramenta de curvatura, eu clico em um ponto na minha tela para começar a desenhar eu vou clicar no próximo ponto para fazer uma linha e apenas a indicação de onde a linha estará aparecerá , mas nada acontece, é como ficar preso, porque a caneta leva tempo para seguir o meu movimento, e não desenha em todos os lugares em que clico e deveria. e a caneta photoshop é normal, então eu sei que algo está errado, mas eu não sei como consertá-lo.

Do you mean the Illustrator Pen tool or the Graphic tablet pen? Could you please show the screenshot with the sketch and the drawn line (with the handlers shown)?

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. If you're using a Wacom Tablet, we recommend trying an older version of the driver (6.3.46-2) to see if it resolves the issue.
