Number in transform & Rectangle Properties.

Could anyone tell me how to set the number in transform  & Rectangle Properties as the same number, and how's it work for each function?

If I'm understanding the question correctly, you would simply type in the numbers that you want in the Transform panel or in the Properties bar. After typing the number, you can hit Tab or Enter key to apply the numbers.

Thank you to answer me, and sorry for my confuse question, accually i type number in transform panel to create rectangle and i saw that it difference number with Rectangle Properties as picture below. How can i fix it?
