Hi, I use a silhouette studio software to export a png file for stickers in order to print it
in illustrator.
I save 300 resolution, I don't want to lose quality
I open in illustrator the file that I saved and it is very large and not at the same scale.
what do I need to do - if i lower the resolution I will lose quality when I export to png?
what will help to keep the same scale?

Not sure what exactly you are doing?
Are you exporting the PNG from Illustrator and then placing it again in Illustrator?
How did you specify the document size? In Pixels?

epxorting from another software
then open in illustrator.
because I want to print from illustrator only.
I have option to export in resolution / pixels (from silhouette studio software)
do you mean the problem is the export? do i need to export in points?

What does the Links panel tell you about the resolution?
You can scale down the png in Illustrator to get the size you want (and increase the resolution).
