open pdf file in version 25.0 / M1 imac

when i open a pdf file from customer , some of the artwork was not show , but when i press outline to check , it can show something inside . 

i use and other imac to open the same file . 

it was no error .

is there anyone face this problem before ?

Are Adobe Illustrator versions the same?
Instead of the processor, you should look at the program versions.
Have you tried opening it in Acrobat? How is the view there.
