optimize for output menu missing

Hi all. I know that others have had this problem, but it hasn't been resolved (or at least I haven't found the resolution on this forum).

Since upgrading to CC 2017, I have lost the ability to customize my output settings for "Save for Web". And, these options don't seem to exist for the new "Export for Screens" menu.

Namely, I want to stop Illustrator from truncating my exported pngs/jpegs. It is annoying! I used to be able to do this, but the option is completely missing from the menu (see attached).

Is this a bug or has Adobe just decided to no longer offer it?
