Is a pattern I've created vectorized? I would like to engrave with a laser machine
You just need this in a rectangle?
Does it matter when there are duplicate paths?
Here are the menu commands in multiple languages: https://www.vektorgarten.de/illustrator-polyglott.html
Afterwards look for the invisible paths (those surround the pattern base elements) and delete them.
But still check what the laser does if there are duplicate paths.
Finally I duplicated the basic pattern over the entire rectangle, that was taking a long time but now Im sure everything is vectorized. Thank you for your time and for the polyglott website !!

Possibly it is. But it might also be pixel based. Depends on how you made it.
Also: in order to engrave it, you need to do some preparation, suchas expand the pattern to objects, then get rid of the clipping masks, but cut everything to the shape of the object and also probably some more.
If you could show us something, then we will be able to help better.

When you have this to engrave:
Then you have to expand it in order to engrave it, which gets you this:
And from there on you will need to do a lot of cleaning up and stuff. All these lines would be engraved, which is probably not what you want.
Can you perhaps show what you need to have in the end?

Im sorry, I can't find what does mean "expand" in french... Is it possible to show me with screenshots? In the end I want exactly what I drew before : a rectangle (44x38,2) with this engraved pattern. I feel like this is impossible ...

You're welcome and glad you could solve it.
