Possible to buy applications outright?

HI guys,

I'm in a bit of a pickle right now, finally caved and updated my Mac to High Sierra and my CS5 Master Collection is completely non compatible. Is it possible to buy the software outright or do I have to "rent" it from the cloud?

Adobe sells serial number versions of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements and Lightroom 6

Did you install the OLD Java runtime?
