recuperación de archivos en Illustrator

Hola, tengo un enorme problema con unos archivos de Illustrator resulta que hace un par de días el disco duro de mi computadora se malogró de un momento a otro y pese a todos los soportes técnicos por los que paso no hay forma de recuperar lo que tenía en el disco duro, es decir, lo perdí todo. Adquirí un nuevo disco duro y volví a descargar el creative cloud y la aplicación de Illustrator debido a que los trabajos suelen guardarse en el menú del programa, además la opción de guardado automático en la nube de Illustrator estaba activada, pero no logré encontrar el archivo. Existe alguna manera de poder encontrar el archivo? Quizás Adobe pueda ayudarme, talvez encuentren el archivo en su base de datos, nose. Ayuda.

If the file was stored locally on the hard drive, and it's corrupt/not working, it might not be possible to recover your work. We understand this may not be the ideal outcome, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

 

It is also possible that you have saved your work as a Cloud Document, in which case, as Ton suggested, you may still be able to recover it.

 

To avoid similar situations in the future, we advise saving multiple copies of your active work lo

I am afraid that, if you did not make a backup, that your file is lost.

If you use cloud documents (.aic), then they should still be visible in the Creative Cloud app and at https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents

Lamentablemente no encuentro el archivo en ningún lado, aún estando activado el guardado automático en la nube no se porque no se guardó. En fin, creo que ya no habría forma de recuperarlo. Gracias.
