saving in Illustrator

Hello everyone. I have a question because I need to save a file in PDF with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 px. 
how do i do it. By the way, I work in Adobe Illustrator

Illustrator does not have a resolution and neither does PDF.

If you want to create a pdf of a specific size, just create an artboard of that size and save it.
