Hi,

Is there a computer option on Illustrator, Photoshop, Muse, and the other programs to help teach you as you open them?   Is there an interactive teaching option where it digitally tells you what to do next?  How does one learn these programs?  A guide would be helpful perhaps.  Knowing is half the battle

No there's nothing interactive or to prompt your next move .

Best way to learn? depends on how you like to learn.

Plenty of good (and some bad)  video tutorial, like the paid for Lynda ones or free Youtube .

Eg a  19 part course

The Complete Beginners Guide To Adobe Illustrator | Tutorial Overview & Breakdown - YouTube

Learning illustrator is not intuitive and needs a lot of practice, time and patience.

Helpful too to have a second monitor, even if its an old one, to run the video, pdf etc on
