shared link file showing error "You're disconnected"

Hello,

 

How come all of a suddon this morning all my shared links on files are now saying:

 

You're disconnected
Working with local files?
Open the Home Icon in your Creative Cloud app to view them
 
Trying to talk to a human at Adobe is a ballache unless it's sales! yet quick enough to take your money!! Can anyone help? as we have loads and loads of files we have sent to clients and there all now saying this.

I am logged in yes, but even my clients are getting this when clicking the chare link on files.. first time this has happened. None of our share links are working anymore

Sorry for the delayed response, and I understand how frustrating it must be to encounter this issue with your shared links. I hope the problem has been resolved by now. If not, here are a couple of steps you can try:

  • Log out of Creative Cloud and close the Creative Cloud app. Restart your system and then open Creative Cloud again. Log in and see if the issue persists.

  • Try using a different internet connection, such as a mobile hotspot or a different Wi-Fi network, to see if the problem is related to your current network setup.
