Shutterstock Vector Showing Up White

Bought this Shutterstock vector, but when I copy it onto my working file it completely tuns white. Any insites to try and correct this? Thanks!

Looks like you are in Isolation mode. Can you use the Escape key or the arrow to the left at the top of your window to get out?

Also: do you perhaps copy it into a CMYK file? That most probably will not work.
