Snap Setting

IMG_1391.jpgI would like to change the snap settings for the Transform box. I want to be able to use the scroll wheel on my mouse to change it every 1 inch instead of every .25 inch. I had this set to every 1 inch before I updated CC and it changed back to every .25 inch after the update and cant find any info on how to change it. Thank you!
