Ive made all these lines and circles. Now I need to turn all the white into brown

Are those still strokes?

If so: do Object > Path > Outline stroke

Then apple the pathfinder "Unite" (from the pathfinder panel)

Then take the group selection tool and click on one of the points of the outermost path. Hit the delete key

your question is not clear at least for me.

Do you need the construction after filling?

Do you still need the blue lines after filling?

What should happen to the overhanging ends of brown lines?

Should be turned all the white into brown inside the biggest circle?

If so, select the biggest circle.

Menu: Object --> Arrange --> Send to Back

Now give this 'background' circle the fill color Brown.

Or select all lines and circles, create a Live Paint group (is this the right english term??) and use the Live Paint Bucket tool for recoloring.
