Solucionar problemas de bloqueo relacionados con la memoria en Illustrator

buenas comunidad tengo un error con illustrator cuando utilizo efecto en 3D me sale un aviso de memoria RAM esta llena y no funcion. alguien le paso lo mismo o sabe como solucionarlo gracias.

Thanks for the information. As I can see from the System Information provided by you, the computer does not meet the minimum RAM and GPU system requirements for running Illustrator. You might run into issues when working on complicated projects on this computer.

I recommend not running any other programs while working on Illustrator or perhaps using it on a more powerful computer if possible.
