solved: illustrator 3d real time problem

hello guys! me after learning 3d design, i get this situation. when i click for real time in 3d material the picture will be there color residu like the photo i post. can you help me guys, how to fix this also,will be very much helpful and feeling grateful.

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind switching to the CPU Preview or Exporting this to check if the artifact persists?

Also, kindly share the exact version of the OS and Illustrator installed on your computer and the system configuration (CPU/GPU/Memory), so we can investigate this further.

my PC have the same problem, and i realized that because my PC use GPU GTX. For smooth rendering real-time preview without error pixel like that, we should use GPU RTX, it will support to ray tracing better and makes no error.
