Still new to design and trying to play around with different techniques. Is anyone able to tell me how to split the colour of the text (File attached). It would be great to have the bottom half of the text a different colour.
There are less destructive techniques, but you can check this out. If your lines has just a basic stroke, then you need to use Object > Path > Outline stroke instead of expand appearance
